Chicken or beef satay. This snack is prepared like a barbeque. Strips of chicken or beef are marinated, lined on a stick and grilled or broiled in the oven. The secret of an appealing flavor lies on the marinate mix. The dipping sauce commonly used is a homemade peanut mush.
Tom Jued
Thai soups are very famous for being nutritious, tasty and spicy. Some of them are great for a person with cold. Insects are included in the list of Thai snacks. Some people may find it creepy but insects are actually a good source of protein and taste good too. Crickets, grasshoppers, beetles, termites and silkworm pupas are deep fried, drained and sprinkled with garlic and fish sauce.
