Thai Ice Cream Sundae

Basically an ice cream sandwich, this is another crazy yet simple culinary idea that we foreigners would never have even thought of, and yet as mad as it is, it also tastes just great. Don’t expect Walls ice cream, the Thai version is quite different, made as it is from coconut milk. It’s also very sweet, and you can choose from a sprinkling of peanuts, fruits and candies, all served up on a freshly made hot dog bun. While it may seem slightly peculiar, the resulting taste is delicious, you’ll want to gorge yourself again and again!
