Things To Do During Christmas in Bangkok!
Christmas is not an official holiday here in Bangkok, but that doesn’t mean you can’t still celebrate it. You can still tell the people acknowledge it and prepares for the occasion. There is not as much to do during Christmas as you can do in western countries, but there are still some activities to do to celebrate our favorite holiday.

The city lights up every December in honor of Christmas and it is a sight to behold. All malls do their best to out-decorate the other malls and the outcome is beautiful. See all the lights and reindeers and little santas around Bangkok, try to find the best ones and take some pictures! Just following the BTS down the Sukhumvit line you will see the Christmas lights as you pass by. It really relights your Christmas spirit.
2. Go Ice Skating!
The options are quite limited when it comes to ice skating rinks in Bangkok, but some of the biggest mall such as CentralWorld and Mega Bangna has decently sized ice skating rinks. They are certain to satisfy your ice skating needs! Put on the ice skates and skate to the lovely Christmas tunes and beautiful decorations.
3. Christmas Shopping!
There is no doubt the shopping options are endless in Bangkok. From night markets to malls, you can buy pretty much anything for your loved ones this Christmas. Go Christmas shopping and buy your family and friends some gifts! At almost every mall, they offer gift wrapping services so you don’t have to worry about the hassle of wrapping all the gifts you are bringing home. Also makes it easier to hide from the recipient’s eyes.
