Phuket is another destination in Thailand where weddings can be an unforgettable experience. This island is actually connected to the mainland by a bridge and the infrastructure on the island is very good. Here you will find accommodation to suit all budgets so your guest should have no problem finding somewhere to stay. You will also find some great nightlife in Pattong if you want to celebrate after the ceremony.

Koh Phi Phi is credited as being the most beautiful Thai island, but it is also the most expensive comparatively. The island is a lot smaller than the other islands, and it can get really busy during the high season when accommodation can be hard to come by. If you want a romantic location though, this will be a really good choice. A nearby island is Koh Lanta and you might want to visit here if you want something a bit quieter.

A wedding in Thailand can really be a great alternative to the traditional wedding and it is sure to be a lot less stressful. The amazing thing is that in many cases it even works out cheaper than the wedding you would have at home. Air fares to Thailand can be expensive, but once you arrive things are quite cheap.
