The Jim Thompson Farm Tour that only takes place for a month is an agro and eco-tourism attraction offering some unique Thai local experiences. For many years, Jim Thompson Farm has been committed to preserving and conveying the valuable cultural heritage of NorthEast Thailand to create a sense of tradition that can be enjoyed by the next generation.
During the cool season at the end of the year from around mid-December to mid-January, guests from all over the country will have a chance to have a different agricultural experience you can only find in the north. This is the best time of year to enjoy the scenic beauty of the farmland with many fields of blooming flowers as well as organic produce.

There is absolutely no other lovely way to spend a day outdoors than among colorful flowers in the garden zone of Jim Thompson’s Farm. Exploring this idyllic field will make you feel you’re in a fairyland!
Unique crafts at Jim Village
Visitors can witness the silk production processes of the renowned Jim Thompson brand and learn more about the full life cycle of silkworms as well as the silk farming process. The Isaan village which has been recreated that has grown over the years to a large collection of houses and barns. There is also a corner where you can try rice milling. The farm project is a way to help preserve this way of life as well as original buildings and architecture.
Fresh produce shopping at Jim Market
One of the highlights is the 10-meter wide giant pumpkin patch. Here you will find more than 30 varieties of pumpkins and you can buy fresh produce by the local farmers for organic and fresh vegetables, fruits, pot flowers, and lot more.
Jim Thompson Farm is located in Pak Thong Chai, Nakhon Ratchasima (or Korat) 3 hours from Bangkok. The farm is not easily accessible by public transport.
