In addition to the walking tour of the aquarium, there are many other attractions available but those are not included in the basic ticket. Some of these include: shark feeding, diving with rays and sharks, a trip with a glass bottomed boat and a state of the art 5D theater to name a few.

Having been a first time customer of Bangkok Beyond, I felt reassured that my queries have been responded to on a timely manner. Information regarding the transportation arrangements have been given clearly.

Mark - our designated driver guide - was very accommodating. He told us about the locality, asked us what we were hoping to see and brought us to nice spots in Khao Yai. His recommendations were very helpful. We especially enjoyed the elephant encounter and the other animals at Primo Piazza as well as the night market. My family had a blast and would like to thank Mark for his wonderful service.

A very great experience to travel with Bangkok Beyond. The driver (Phi Korn) had arrived our hotel 1/2 hour before the time to pick us. He had introduce us to some market due to our request to purchase some local snacks. Besides, we would like to praised him for his good service in taking good care of my elderly parent. He's also drive politely and we feel safe to take nap in his van(due to long journey from Bangkok to Damneon Saduak).
p/s: the van they provide can fit up to 10 person. But there are only 6 of us including the driver. It's definitely clean and comfortable.

I'll not be hesitate to recommend this tour service to my relatives & friends.

I would like to thank Bangkok Beyond for their service. Aside from the fact that their service is the cheapest of all, their responses were always quick and straight to the point. They made our Bangkok trip stress free. I would want to specially mention our driver, Wee. He is the best! Transferring from Samphran Elephant and Crocodile zoo to our hotel was more than an hour due to heavy rain and traffic which will make us late for our next activity which is the dinner cruise. We were supposed to be picked up by our second driver from hotel to the pier but what our driver Wee did was exceptional. He went extra miles on contacting the other agency and our driver that we can't make it to our hotel at the given time so he suggested that he'll drop us off instead directly to the pier so we won't be late for check-in. What he did was really amazing. I would definitely refer Bangkok Beyond and our driver Wee to my friends and relatives.

Been to Bangkok a few times and regretted that I should had booked a driver with Bangkok Beyond if I would had got to know them much earlier . Was in Bangkok last week and had Samer from Bangkok Beyond with my family. Because of him , my whole trip
Was enjoyable irregardless of weather and traffic . We were enjoying ourselves comfortably from places to places with Samer driving us in his clean and comfortable van. It’s was clean and not to mentioned he was knowledgeable, safe and always punctual and early to pick us up from hotel to our destinations . He is super friendly and is good in English too. Will definitely go back Thailand again knowing Samer and Bangkok Beyond is there for us . Great service and reliable company ! We are like protected from all other taxi drivers , tutu drivers or scammers with Samer beside us. It’s worth every penny we paid for this service ! Well done Bangkok Beyond !

A very good experience dealing with Bangkok beyong. Fr inquiry to the actual driver. Frank help us with the initial itinerary, he was helpful and very quick in his response. Sam our driver is great, can communicate well in English and give professional advise. There are 10 of us travelling and even with Grand Ma (age 90) with us, the whole family felt comfortable and safe with Sam bringing us around. Sam was courteous, punctual and van is clean. Overall, it was a wonderful experience with you all and hope to be able to use your services again soon.

A: Yes, first class vehicle and passenger insurance is included. However, we still recommend that you also have travel insurance because the passenger insurance is not very good by international standards.
