I planned a tour for my 16 club members to Khao Yai and Bangkok. Found out about Bangkok beyond in the net. Mr Frank was very helpful in answering all my concerns and provided all the arrangements with the 2 van drivers. Drivers were punctual and they were accommodating to where we want to go. Really enjoyed this tour with the services provided. Thank you.

I have used Bangkok Beyond twice now, and can highly recommend their efficiency, reliability and commitment to delivering excellent customer service. The communication with them, via Cherry, was professional and friendly.

My first trip was a 2-day visit to Kanchanaburi with my family, in the care of Samer, the driver. We were able to relax in the comfy, air conditioned van, while Samer drove us everywhere, taking us to good restaurants and cheerfully answering all our questions.

My second trip was a day's visit with a friend to Ayutthaya, with Thong as our driver. Despite our hotel being notoriously difficult to find, Thong was there bang on time and looked after us brilliantly. It was a boiling hot day and he made sure to stay close by with the air conditioned car so that we could escape the heat whenever we needed. Knowing we couldn't eat spicy food, he ordered our lunch for us at a riverside restaurant. And when we decided to change the itinerary due to the heat, and asked for a boat ride instead of the other thing we'd planned, he was able to organise this cheerfully and quickly.

Frank was most helpful in providing quick responses and recommendations for the 1-day trip to Khao Yai. Tong provided very good service throughout the trip, allowing us to take our time touring the various spots. Car was very spacious and comfortable. Travel with this company truly awesome. Frank whom I communicated with, he always reply my email within 24 hours and give good suggestions eventhough our trip just one day trip. I would definitely recommend Bangkok Beyond for any trip you need to make. My first trip was booked through another company and was terrifying. I.e. five hours with a taxi driver that fell asleep three times and who did not speak English, so I could not keep him awake by talking. After this experience, I did not want to take any risk anymore, and booked my transfer to the airport with Bangkok Beyond. Just for this short transfer I got a driver, Jackris, who spoke English, loved his job, was well rested, and drove safely. Definitely worth the money to be safe in Thailand traffic!

We had a great one-day tour to kanchanaburi with guide Tao and driver Sam. From booking to the actual tour, no hiccups and everything went smoothly. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻to beyond bangkok. The 12-hour trip to the death railway and hellfire pass was excellent. Highly recommend beyond bangkok for their service.

We had an excellent experience with the private van service from Bangkok Beyond.First up, Cherry and her administrative team were excellent. They were very informative, clear, and detailed oriented during our planning process. We wanted to travel to a few locations outside Bangkok (Ayutthaya/Amphawa) and Cherry was very responsive in communicating and responding to all my questions. I appreciate the upfront cost and breakdown of the pricing structure for our trip. The travel voucher with summary breakdown is an excellent touch which made everything official and kept us at ease. The quick response from her team via email communication prior to my arrival to Thailand really gave me a peace of mind.Additionally, the day of the trip was excellent since the driver (Sam and team) were professional and courteous. He gave a great assessment of our time at each sight seeing location, and overall very helpful. The van was super clean, very comfortable.I will definitely book Bangkok Beyond again on future needs for ride service. Thank you Cherry and team, keep up the good work!

I hired Beyond Bangkok for a 5 full day driver and car. I requested an English speaking driver and provided an itinerary in advance. I also asked to have the driver escort me on the weekend market visit. Jackris, the driver, was outstanding. Polite, thoughtful, always on time (early), a great driver and a person I felt comfortable and safe with immediately. It was beyond great value and I recommend this service 100 percent. This alone made my visit to Bangkok an easy and seamless way to navigate a big city where I did not speak Thai. Thank you to Jackris and Alec who set everything up.

We booked a van with driver with Bangkok Beyond for our 9-day family trip around Thailand in April / May 2022 with Bangkok Beyond and were extremely happy with every aspect of the booking process and the trip itself. We had an amazing driver who we felt safe with and a modern and well-kept van. Our driver helped us find authentic restaurants along the way and assisted with every other request of ours.
