- For a half-day or full day, if a trip starts or ends at the airport we charge an extra of 200 Baht. If it starts and ends at the airport on the same day we charge an extra 300 Baht
- Overtime is 300 Baht per hour for car and van including driving expenses. After midnight, it is 400 Baht per hour including driving expenses
- Overtime is 300 Baht per hour for tour guide

Confirmation
- You can pay a small deposit depending on the booked service
- You will receive a confirmation email from us within 24 hours after you made the payment
Cancellation Policy
- Full refund for the deposit if you email us up to 48 hours before the trip (except December, Chinese New Year and Songkran)
The booking process went very well. They were very responsive, any inquiries I had were promptly addressed, and they were incredibly accommodating when it came to tailoring things to my specific preferences.
The drivers, Earth and Sam, were an absolute delight. They were not just skilled drivers but also genuinely lovely people who made the journey all the more enjoyable. Communicating with them throughout the trip was also super seamless.
