- For a half-day or full day, if a trip starts or ends at the airport we charge an extra of 200 Baht. If it starts and ends at the airport on the same day we charge an extra 300 Baht
- Overtime is 300 Baht per hour for car and van including driving expenses. After midnight, it is 400 Baht per hour including driving expenses
- Overtime is 300 Baht per hour for tour guide

Confirmation
- You can pay a small deposit depending on the booked service
- You will receive a confirmation email from us within 24 hours after you made the payment
Cancellation Policy
- Full refund for the deposit if you email us up to 48 hours before the trip (except December, Chinese New Year and Songkran)
Frank was helpful and patience when I asked many questions about Amphawa and Damnoen Saduak Floating Markets, and suggested to me his preference. He was very kind to provide 1-2hrs extra for the day tour as I have elderly and children in the group.
