I had a great tour in Bangkok because of Bangkok Beyond. I booked the tour 1 day before i left Singapore and Frank arranged the tour immediately without any hassle.
The drivers ( Wa Nin & Tony ) were punctual and polite. The vans were clean and big and extremely comfortable.

We felt very warm and pleasant with the driver because he prepared some mineral water for us even though it was not stated during the booking via email. This is the second time that I have used Bangkok Beyond. We had a transfer from Suvarnabhumi Airport to Lop Buri booked in advance of our arrival in Thailand. The service before leaving home was good - we had an e-mail a couple of days before leaving telling us our drivers name and where to meet him. The driver was in the exact place we had been told, was polite, the car was good and the whole experience very good.
