My husband and I just got back from a trip in Thailand by car from Bangkok to Chiang Mai.
Frank arranged it all very efficiently. Tong was a very attentive and safe driver and in the intense heat always had cold water and towelette ready when we got back to the car. In Bangkok we also had Kob as a driver and he was a lovely man and good safe driver.
Many thanks to Frank for the excellent service which made our trip much more relaxed and enjoyable.

We were very happy with the service provided by Bangkok & Beyond for our 2 day visit.
Our excellent driver Samer, looked after us very well and manoevered through the Bangkok traffic with much more patience than we would have shown. His sightseeing suggestions and planning for us ( including our lunch restaurant) was much appreciated and we enjoyed his company over lunch very much.

Our 11day holiday in Bangkok was perfected by the use of Bangkok Beyond Tours. We were most fortunate to meet up with Frank the MD of the company, who gave us good advice on the tours we should make and we are pleased that everything went so well from beginning to end.

We were a small group of only 4 but we were treated with every consideration and very personal attention by all the crew.

Tony our driver, was amazingly placid and patient in the bustling and often gridlocked Bangkok traffic and on open roads in the countryside he showed he could put his foot down but not too hard. He was always considerate of our personal needs, never too far away, helpful with our numerous queries and questions and never rushed us from place to place. We had completed confidence in him and his overall calm manner was contagious. He had a genuine lovely personality.

Cherry the pert photographer who accompanied us on some of our trips was an absolute delight. Charming, youthful and full of fun. A real credit to the company.
Leo our guide was very knowledgeable of the history of Thailand and was very informative.

Our next trip to Thailand will certainly be with the co operation of Frank and his wonderful crew.

From beginning to end Frank at Bangkok Beyond was efficient and reliable in organising our transport. I have started a new business taking 5 day ladies shopping and spa trips to Bangkok. On our maiden voyage we chose Bangkok Beyond, and were thrilled with the service. They were faultless, and our driver Tony was happy, respectful, prompt (always on time, every time) and safe. This is want I want every time for my trips. And I will be using Frank and the team from now on.

I would like to begin by saying " a big thank you to Frank and Tony for making our trip "perfect" during our 5 day stay at Bangkok. Have been to Thailand umpteenth number of times but this was the 1st time ever I used an agent as we had a larger group of 11 of us. All the tour arrangements to Safariworld, Dreamworld, Pattaya, airport trfrs were completed as committed without any hassles. I am also happy with the rates offered for all these tours with no hidden charges whatsoever. A successful tour is when a client returns back home happy and satisfied and that is exactly what all 11 of us felt after our return. Its just sad he fell ill on the last day (dep day) and we could not personally thank him and offer our token of appreciation.

We contacted Frank at very very short notice for our trip and there was no problem at all and our driver arrived very prompt the next morning. We had a lovely day with Mr Samer who very kindly sorted my son and husband with tickets for the Thai Boxing that night. Thank you Mr Samer the boys had a great night at the boxing and i was able to fit in some more shopping without them. I have no problems in recommending this company and would use them again.

We were in Bangkok from 20 Oct to 25 Oct 2012 and we enjoyed ourselves tremendously with all the arrangements made by you. At under water world, Siam Paragon we did not have to join the super long queue. We were usher in like VVIP and on the cruise with Chao Praya princess we were seated in a very convenient table on the upper deck near the buffet table. Please thank the Filipino lady who had a casual conversation with us and found out that my daughter just turned 3 a few days ago. she surprised us with a cake and got the people to sing and wish my daughter 'happy birthday'. Needless to say we were all so thrilled.

Mr. Boon Song the driver always waited for us patiently.

The floating market with the boat man who patiently and skillfully steer us through the narrow canal is an exciting experience. He did not expect anything and did not hang around for a tip. He was genuinely a nice and very pleasant person.
