Used the service for 2 days in BKK on business. Communication with Frank was excellent, drivers were English speaking and always on time with a smile. Car was a nice large new Toyota. I had no issues at all and if I need a similar service in the future I will not hesitate to use the team again... Thank you to all the team !!!!

I was really pleased with the quick and well organised service. I needed a tour organised that was not typical, sent my request and a response plus pricing quickly ensued. Driver arrived, all requested sorted and the driver was careful and courteous. Really pleased that the operator meet my needs. Thanks!

With my recently concluded trip to Ayutthaya, Frank successfully gave me memories to last forever. My driver was Tong, and the car (Camry) was clean, comfty (I slept on my way back to the hotel) and cool. The driver's knowledge of the area was astounding.
Frank was always prompt to reply to my email queries. Bangkok Beyond is highly recommended. I will definitely use the service next time I return to Bangkok.

Bangkok Beyond has been very professional and prompt in responding to my booking of a full day car + driver to Ayutthaya from Bangkok. Frank replied in perfect English and communication was easy. The driver was excellent and very reliable and honest. He even took initiative to bring me to sights to see the real life of the people. It was my 1st time organsing a trip and also my kids 1st time to Thailand. Cherry was noce and was able to answer to all my question giving all the information i needed. The driver(Samer) assign to me was also very good. Arriving before time and helpful. Will definitely use their service again and intro to my friends.

Went to Bangkok for only 1 night and had Tai as my driver. Very impressed with the fact that he had two bottles of water ready for me in the car to quench my thirst! He was also patient with the fact that I arrived at my hotel half an hour late due to customs. He sent me off to my destination and also the airport very promptly and was very nice even though his command of English wasn't that excellent. Would recommend Bangkok Beyond to anyone needing a driver!

Anyone familiar with the nature of tours in this and many other regions of the world will understand just how great this service is. The driver picked us up on time, drove us safely and professionally directly to where we wanted to go and **only** where we wanted to go, was always precisely where we needed him to be when we had finished our stops and drove us safely and professionally directly back to our hotel.
It was everything we could have possible wanted from a day tour and nothing more. (Note that in the more tourist dependent areas, it doesn't take too long in the low season to get quite tired of being asked whether Mister wants to buy something, which is why the respite for an entire day was so warmly welcomed. We were also quite a self-sufficient group, so a driver who either knew when to play it low key or was naturally reserved suited us perfectly.)
