Me and my husband decided to spend our 4 days holiday in Bangkok with our two kids. This was the first time that we went there. After review the itinerary of the travel agent, we decided to arrange our own itinerary which more suitable for my kids.

Frank who in Norway still responded my questions very fast and provided me a lots of useful information in arranging my trip.
He had arrange a good driver Mr.Tony for me and their van is in good condition which is new and clean. Appreciate much!! My family were happy with the arrangment and said it was very comfortable. Mr. Tony always arrived on time and were polite. Helped us in searching information to get a monk for my father in law.
i would definitely recommend bangkok beyond to my friends and family when they wish to hire car+ driver service in bangkok.

Frank responded promptly to my questions and provided useful info to arrange for my trip logistics. His drivers (didn't get the names) arrived on time and were polite. I am returning customer and will continue to use his services when i visit bangkok again in the future!

Frank was very good in responding to emails, has provided details, activities, very professional.
Kob, the driver was one of the best; he speaks good English, has excellent driving skills (which is quite hard to find in Thailand); very professional; he offered us water and towelettes too.
I rated the service as a 10.
Keep up the good work and definitely will be in touch again should I have the need to rent a car and driver. I am also going to recommend this site to family, friends and colleagues.
